As the Head of Product and Design at A&D Hope, I spearheaded the strategic launch and management of their womenswear line while overseeing diverse product accounts from concept to consumer. My role encompassed high-level trend forecasting and seasonal moodboard development, alongside the technical execution of comprehensive garment specifications and "White Label" capsule collections.

I managed a multi-category portfolio—ranging from technical outerwear and premium leather to ethereal dresses and children’s apparel—ensuring a cohesive brand identity through unique print and embroidery innovation. By bridging the gap between creative vision and production-ready technical flats, I delivered commercially successful collections supported by lifestyle-driven campaign direction that elevated the brand’s market presence.
